Emissions worldwide

The map shows the carbon footprint of different countries in tons of CO2 per capita. Contrary to other data on this site, the greenhouse gas emissions of CH4, N2O and fluoride gases are not included. The carbon footprint includes all emissions required to satisfy the final demand including households and government consumption and investment. This data has been published by Peters et al. (2011)
